What we carry, and why.
Vietnamese cooking at home means weekly stops for fresh herbs, the right cut of meat, and the brand of fish sauce that actually tastes right. We carry Three Crabs fish sauce as our default, plus Red Boat 40°N for when you want premium first-press.
Our produce section keeps Thai basil, mint, cilantro, culantro (ngò gai), rau răm, lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves in stock weekly. The butcher slices ribeye paper-thin for pho tái and cuts skin-on pork belly to size for thit kho.
We carry Three Ladies banh pho noodles, banh trang rice paper from multiple brands, Vinh Hảo bean sprouts, and the full snack and drink lineup including Vinamilk soy milk and Vietnamese phin coffee filters.
